A lab disperser is built for R&D, formulation trials, and small-batch testing (typically 1L–10L working volume), with high precision and easy data replication. An industrial disperser is designed for continuous production (10L–500L+), featuring higher torque, VFD speed control, and options such as ATEX explosion-proof configuration and jacketed tanks.

Yes. Our YKFS series is designed to ATEX and IECEx standards for use with flammable solvents and in hazardous environments. Standard explosion-proof configurations are in stock and ready to ship.

Absolutely. We provide OEM / ODM customization on motor power, working volume, contact material (SS304 or SS316L), voltage, control system (VFD, PLC, or servo motor), explosion-proof rating, and tank integration with heating or cooling jackets. Send us your process requirements and we will design accordingly.

Standard models use SS304 stainless steel. For corrosive applications or food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical use, we upgrade to SS316L with sanitary polish (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm).

All speeds are steplessly adjustable via a variable frequency drive (VFD). Custom speed ranges are available on request.

Yes. We can equip the mixing tank with a double-layer jacket for electric, steam, or thermal-oil heating, as well as chilled-water cooling — whichever matches your process requirements.

Yes. Beyond standard VFD control, we offer optional PLC automation with HMI touch screen and servo-motor drive for applications requiring precise speed ramping, recipe storage, and data logging.

Yes. Every machine ships with an English operation manual and wiring diagram. We also provide video guidance, remote online support, and — for industrial projects — on-site installation service can be arranged at additional cost.
