YKFS-1.1R High-Shear Emulsifier Mixer
The YKFS-1.1R high shear emulsifier mixer is a compact 1.1 kW machine for formulation development, pilot trials and compatible small-batch emulsifying, homogenizing and dispersing work. High-Shear Emulsifying and Dispersing Action
The 80 mm working head is designed to apply high shear to compatible liquid-liquid and liquid-solid material systems. It can support laboratory formulation work and small-batch process evaluation where more intensive mixing is required than conventional low-speed stirring.
0–3000 rpm Variable-Frequency Control
The VFD provides adjustable operation across the specified speed range. Operators can begin at a lower speed for material loading and then adjust the operating speed according to circulation, viscosity and the required result.
